American Ninja Warrior features holds such as cannonballs (or cannon bomb) and nunchuck holds. You may have heard of cannonball alley! Let’s build them for a few dollars .. if not entirely free with what you have around the house.

We use these to train in our basement over the winter months when it’s too cold to be hanging on bars outside! Now that we built this, my kids are basically downstairs every free moment!
